Roxann Smith called the meeting to ord= er at 7:10 at the Lac La Belle Fire hall with approximately 6 members and no guests present.

There was no agenda for the October meeting.

Roxann asked for a motion to approve t= he September minutes.

 

Motion by Kathy Muljo = to approve minutes.  Second by = Hank Nurmi.  All were in favor.  Motion carried.

Treasurer:  Jim Sorensen was not in attendance.  The balance is $2,489.39.  A cop= y is available upon request.

Community Center:  Roxann indicated that the Community Center petition will be reviewed by Meg Vivi= an to determine the number of registered voters.

 

 

Defibrillator:  No upd= ate.

 

 

Bulletin Board:  No upd= ate.

 

 

CPR Training:  Roxann= found a contact and needs to know the number of people interested in the traini= ng and when.  Topic postponed u= ntil the spring.

 

 

DNR Dock:  <= /span>No update.

 

 

Betsey Junk Issue:  Roxann= indicated that Jimmy must come and address the Grant Township board on the issue.  Rheta a= sked Dante Iacovoni to support Jimmy and attend the meeting.=

 

 

Summer Fest:  Summer= Fest will be held on Sunday, August 9th, next year.  Please contact Tom Strohl if you= would like to be on the committee.
