Treasurer: James Sorenson reviewed the treasurer’s report and reported a balance of $2,650.75. The report is available upon request. Roxann asked for a motion to approve the treasurer’s report. |

Dumpster: Roxann noted the dumpster is working out fine. Only one bag was left outside the dumpster.

|
Mail Delivery: Rheta read an email from Dante Iacovoni. The postmaster will be retiring in November. Rheta will discuss mail delivery with the new post master in December.

|
|
|
Community Building Addition: Rheta met with Gale Slates, Wendell Carlson, and Gordon Kytta to define the requirements for the community center. Rheta reviewed the requirements with the members. Rheta and Wendell met with Dick Supina from Traverse Engineering Services in Hancock. Dick indicated that no more than $500 is required to complete the concept drawings. |

Motion by Ned Huwatschek to allocate $500 for community center concept drawings. Second by Guy Snyder. 14 were in favor. 1 against. Motion carried. |

Dave Menominee was scheduled to report on Take A Kid Fishing. No update received. |

Clean-Up Day: Ned Huwatschek will organize a spring clean up next year.
|
|
|
The Christmas party will be December 13th at 6:00 at the Lac La Belle Fire hall. SSA will provide a ham and turkey. Members should contact Roxann to sign up for a dish. All members are asked to bring a wrapped “White Elephant” gift. BYOB. Please contact Roxann if you would like to help organize the party.

The newsletter committee would like articles, pictures, etc. for the winter newsletter. Please forward to Kate Langdon or Rheta Wolfe. |
